When you are considering remodeling your kitchen or bath, the first step is to understand the style that fits your home the best or that you prefer. I have found that the most helpful way to identify what you love is to look thru photos on Instagram, Pinterest or Houzz and search for Traditional, Transitional, Modern, Old World, Mission or Shaker-Kitchen or bath photos. Choose at least three photos that are the most visually pleasing and you will be miles ahead in the process of determining what your Dream Kitchen or Bath will look like.
The second step in the process is to choose to either design the space yourself or consult with a professional kitchen and bath designer. My recommendation is to search in your area for a professional on Google, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Houzz and read their reviews. Past clients are brutally honest and you can find out a lot about the professionals in your area, eliminate the best and worst review and that will be really helpful. Kitchens and baths are complicated and pulling all of the pieces of that puzzle together normally require someone with experience and passion for what they do.
