We are very happy to have chosen Mason Elliott Designs to remodel our kitchen. Mason laid out the kitchen, showed us drawings, and always asked for our input. He is easy to communicate with and doesn’t leave you until all questions/concerns are answered. As with any construction project, we had a few hiccups and he made it right! No questions asked. The cabinet quality is excellent; his cabinet installer, Paul, is an excellent craftsman. After purchasing a 25-year old house in need of serious kitchen and bath updating, we retained Mason Elliott after seeing photos and reading favorable reviews of his work online. We were not disappointed! We had a rough idea of what we wanted (clean and contemporary) and he quickly produced several very appealing designs. After choosing one for each room, the process of selecting cabinet materials/colors in his studio was painless. He then personally accompanied us to the various showrooms (where he was obviously well-known and respected) and proved invaluable in guiding us to the best aesthetic choices in tile, quartzite, plumbing, and electrical fixtures, etc. Some parts of the implementation (cabinets) were slowed down due to supply-chain issues created by the pandemic, which of course he had no control over. Other than those delays, the installation went smoothly and with great attention to detail and quality. Mason was consistently and reliably available throughout the project and eager to make sure we were happy. We ended up with a fabulous new kitchen/pantry and 4 wonderful bathrooms, and couldn't be more satisfied with the result. I was deep into a full house renovation when I discovered Mason Elliott Designs through a Houzz email. I was instantly intrigued by his design work and when exploring further found that we had mutual business partners. I reached out not knowing if he would be able to help, as I was cutting it close on making final decisions. Mason replied in a very timely manner and after a brief conversation Offered to meet with me the next day for a consultation. During our meeting he listened, offered ideas and showed excitement in my project. I had a kitchen design in place, but was not completely satisfied, and felt that it was lacking flow and functionality, even after working with 2 other kitchen cabinetry designers.
